Volkswagen's Polo range now offers Motability customers even greater value for money, thanks to the addition of a new Match Edition which replaced the existing Match trim level last month. The new Match Edition is available in three- and five-door body styles and with Nil Advance Payment on the Motability Scheme. Prices for the Match Edition start at £12,045 (RRP 'on the road') for the 1.2-litre 60 PS three-door manual version.

Citroen DS3 is Best Supermini say JD Power

Citroen DS3 has been ranked 'Best Supermini' in the 2013 What Car? JD Power survey. In its very first showing, DS3 received an 82.2% satisfaction score - the overall industry average was 77.6% - with a maximum five-star rating awarded by its owners for Performance, Service and Running Costs. Citroen DS3 knocked the Honda Jazz off the top spot to be crowned 'king of the superminis', championing other rivals including the Skoda Fabia, Hyundai i20 and Volkswagen Polo.

Nissan 370Z Nismo price revealed

Nissan has revealed pricing for its new 2013 model year 370Z range with the revised line-up kicking off at just £26,995. And adding to the good news story is the arrival of the 370Z Nismo, which will cost from £36,995. Revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in March, the 370Z Nismo is the second model in Nissan's new European Nismo line-up. The ultimate 370Z, it packs a 344PS 3.7-litre V6 - up 16PS on the standard car - a dramatic body-kit, uprated suspension and brakes plus a sports exhaust.

Demand for Mazda6 increases demonstrator fleet

Fleet manager and company car driver interest in the all-new emission-busting Mazda6 has led to a tripling of the manufacturer's corporate demonstrator fleet. There are now a total of 225 Mazda6 vehicles on the manufacturer's corporate demonstrator fleet with the marque having originally planned to have 75 vehicles. The move, which follows a hugely successfully UK-wide Mazda6 VIP fleet tour at the end of last year, also means that fleet managers and company car drivers will be able to test drive the model for longer.

One-millionth Jeep Wrangler JK model

The one-millionth Jeep(r) Wrangler JK model has just rolled off the assembly line at Chrysler Group's Toledo (Ohio) Assembly Complex. Chrysler executives, plant employees, UAW representatives and supplier partners gathered at the end of the line to mark the occasion. Mauro Pino, Chrysler Group's Vice President of Vehicle Assembly Operations, and Dan Henneman, Jeep Unit Chairman of UAW Local 12, drove the black 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 10th Anniversary Edition, bound for a customer in Sarasota, Florida, off the final line to the applause of employees.

Subaru UK is making its XV compact crossover even more affordable by introducing an interest-free finance offer on some variants of the model and significant price reductions on others. For a limited period, buyers of the XV 2.0-litre diesel can take advantage of three years' 0% credit. Separately from this, and with no time limitations, all XVs with 1.6-litre petrol engines have been reduced in price by £1,300. As an example, the £24,295 XV 2.0D S will require a deposit of just £5,876 followed by 36 monthly payments of £295 and a final payment of £7,799. The four XV variants with 1.6-litre petrol engines, which previously ranged in price from £21,295 to £24,715, now range from £19,995 to £23,415.

Honda announces production site for all-new NSX supercar

Honda has announced that the all-new NSX supercar will be produced at a new Performance Manufacturing Centre in Ohio, United States. The $70 million advanced production facility encompasses 184,000 square feet and will be housed inside Honda's former North American Logistics facility. The all-new NSX, which will be badged as a Honda in Europe and Acura in the USA, is being developed by a global R&D team led by designers and engineers at Honda in America. located in Los Angeles and Raymond, Ohio.

Vauxhall's Ampera voted best hybrid/electric car

Vauxhall's cutting-edge Ampera extended-range electric vehicle (E-REV) has been voted best hybrid/electric car by Telegraph readers at the inaugural Telegraph Motoring Awards. Beating off rivals including the Nissan LEAF and the Toyota Prius Plug-In, the Ampera scored more votes than any other model. Arriving in UK showrooms last year, Ampera has a real-world battery range of between 25-50 miles, after which a petrol engine intervenes to generate up to another 300 miles of range. Ampera pricing starts at £29,995 on-the-road (including £5,000 Government grant) for the Earth model. The car is available through a network of 24 specialist Vauxhall dealers.

The Toyota Auris Hybrid hatchback is now available with CO2 emissions of 84g/km, the lowest of any car in the family hatchback class. This reduction is achieved by refining the vehicle tuning and adopting various aerodynamic improvements such as new aero-stabilising fins in the rear glazing. These measures combine to improve the overall energy efficiency without negatively impacting vehicle performance. Reinforcing Toyota's commitment to continually improve the efficiency of its products, these new modifications were first previewed on the 85g/km Auris Hybrid Touring Sports, which made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March this year.
